Since we returned from Sillicon Valley almost more than one week ago, we already came back to our daily routine.
This week we spontaniously established a test system for a new customer and made some preparations to be able to run and manage the whole network via NMS Prime. The final switch to our software will follow within the next weeks.
Besides that we could start with the integration of the SAT-Kabel API for the controlling of remote taps and the live display of it’s corresponding upstream channel spectrum this week. See SAT-Kabel-CATV-Management for further informations. This will be a very cool feature that will save the ISP a lot of time and work. Who wants to send out a technical engineer every time a customer moves out of his apartment to cut the TV-cable connection (to not be abused by the next one moving in) ?
