The corona crisis has now caught germany as well. As we – as a company – want to avoid cases of illness and a potential spreading of the virus we will work from home during the – at least – next two weeks.
As we generally use SIP telephony in our offices we can maintain the reachability. Nevertheless i want to suggest that support requests that are not very urgent – like network outages – shall be made via our ticketsystem. By that the tasks will reach the responsible person faster and the ticket will be visible for all our coworkers.
